Yes! Services are by appointment only.

You can book the service as normal. A card on file IS REQUIRED but will NOT be used unless you don’t show up.

This will bring the balance down to a less than $2 hold (which you do not need to pay)
I will scan your voucher when you arrive - please have access or a screenshot of the barcode.

If you need to cancel, please do so anytime before your scheduled appointment time by simply texting me.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the original service price.

If you do not show up, text me or attempt to reschedule before your scheduled appointment time then I will charge a no show fee to the card on file.
The fee is 50% of the ORIGINAL service price (not the discounted price).
If you respond within 24hours of charge and reschedule, that amount will go towards the new appointment balance.

Necklaces will need to be removed - unless they are water and oil proof.
